Accounting Clerk

Make your career goals become a reality at Frontier Home Medical! Due to internal reorganization and growth, we are looking for a responsible, detail orientated Accounting Clerk to add to our team at our Cozad location.

You should have:

  • Previous accounts receivable experience
  • A passion for customer service and patient care

Accounting Clerk Duties:

  • Collect and sort correspondences, insurance remittances and checks, and scan to appropriate departments
  • Collect and input payment data, match payments to invoices and/or make account adjustments
  • Verify and post details of business transactions, such as funds received, and total accounts to databases
  • Assist and follow up with clients by answering questions related to account balances, procedures, and services
  • Monitor patient accounts to ensure that balances/payments are up to date
  • Balance and reconcile statements against payer remittances and reports
  • Perform filing and general administrative tasks
  • Maintain work operations by following company policies and procedures


Branch Manager

Branch Manager Duties:

  • Manage daily operations of branch and its staff.
  • Oversee all Frontier Home Medical programs.
  • Report to Director of Operations.
  • Train on policy and procedures.
  • Lead and facilitate regular branch location meetings.
  • Motivate and encourage branch and company personnel.
  • Learn all job rolls within the branch.
  • Implement programs to meet corporate goals.
  • Ensure that all branch responsibilities are carried out.


Respiratory Therapist-Omaha

Make excellence in patient care your goal by joining Frontier! We are looking for a motivated, knowledgeable person to join our Respiratory Therapy team in Omaha. No weekends or holidays and very limited on-call schedule!

You should have:

  • AS or BS Degree in Respiratory Care or Nursing.
  • RT job experience is a plus.
  • Passion for customer service and patient care.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and patient respect.
  • Knowledge of insurance coverage criteria.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Computer and equipment literacy.
  • Motivational and outgoing attitude.

Respiratory Therapist Duties:

  • Assess care based on given prescription and patient information.
  • Set up and operate respiratory devices; monitor patient physiological responses.
  • Consult with physicians, collect any required documentation and maintain patient charts.
  • Inspect and test respiratory therapy equipment; order repairs as needed.
  • Demonstrate respiratory care procedures to trainees and other health care personnel as well as provide added training support to staff.
  • Advise customers on sale/rental of equipment and quote prices/payment terms.
  • Travel to area locations to provide services.
